Albert R. Spadin III

I was born in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, PA and attended Penn State University where I studied Psychology and Biochemistry.  After graduation I moved to San Diego and lived a carefree beach lifestyle for several years before relocating to Las Vegas and becoming a full-time Realtor in 2010.  Las Vegas was one of the hardest hit cities during the housing crash of 2007 so I quickly learned how to effectively navigate a distressed market which taught me more in two years that most real estate professionals learn their entire careers.  From negotiating short sales to working with asset managers on REO properties as well as traditional and first time home buyers and sellers, I am very well versed in all aspects of real estate.  Despite being a top producer in the Las Vegas area, my family and I made the decision to move to Raleigh in 2020 for a drastically needed lifestyle change and to raise our family in one of the best and fastest growing cities in the US. Being able to call North Carolina home has always been a dream of mine since I was young and we absolutely love it here.  I am a very hardworking and dedicated real estate advisor who always puts my clients first - I am extremely knowledgeable, tenacious and work 7 days a week around the clock for my clients. I currently live in Raleigh with my beautiful wife, Tina, our 3 amazing daughters - Skylar, Zoey and Annabelle and our 3 giant dogs Luigi, Ziggy and Bugsy.  I am a full time real estate advisor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle and also a licensed Realtor in the Las Vegas area.
